MBA admissions typically require work experience and a valid GMAT score. Most of the universities also require a four year Bachelor's degree. You have to check the university websites for the requirements since they vary. By the way of introduction, I am an alumnus of IIM, Indore. So, basically, the answer has follow up questions. What kind of life do you expect post an MBA? What kind of profile you want to get into? Whether or not you want to settle abroad? Do you plan to open your own venture?
To put my story here, my main intention to choose an MBA here than looking in abroad was:
1- I wanted to settle over here.
2- I wanted to explore more into analytics plus management world and India provides best mix for both if you want to do a job in a corporate world.
3- I do not intend to open my own venture.
All in all, it depends on the mix of what you wan

It is difficult to suggest without any relevant information from your end, based your grades, you can look out for less competitive countries such as Poland, Portugal, Ireland, etc.You can further bring more options depending on what you want to study, etc.

There is no MS degree or a terminal Masters degree, you must apply for the Ph.D in the respective field if you are selected you will start the MS programme before finally gaining the Ph.D. As an international student, you must take the TOEFL, I don't think there is a requirement for a GRE. If you are admitted you will be eligible for financial aid, monthly stipend, fellowships etc. You should check this link below for more details, email them as well

GRE would be required to study in the USA. Additionally, you must also take the TOEFL or IELTS. For Canada, Australia and UK, GRE does not seem to be compulsory, although you must take the TOEFL or IELTS and must hold a Bachelor's degree in a closely related field.
