Yes, you can. However, you need to have some extraordinary profile. You need to have good work experience or internship experience or some good projects etc. to mention in your resume. You need to have good letters of recommendation as well and need to work really well on your Statement of Purpose.

Hi Amit Shukla,
In order to apply to US universities for B.Tech, you must clear your 11th and 12th, take the SAT or ACT and TOEFL. You must clear these entrance exams to be eligible to apply. You must also check the university websites for university specific admission requirements. Every university's admission requirements are different.

Hi Ankit,
You can do Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering but you must take SAT and TOEFL to be eligible to apply. You can also choose your own major like robotics, automobile engineering, aerospace engineering, etc. depending on your interest.

You should be checking with a job portal for this information. Qualifications will depend on the exact role and organization you seek to apply to. By no doubt higher the qualification the better, MS marketing or MBA in marketing is something you should aim for ideally.
