Those who apply for OPT after graduation can work in the USA for up to 12 months. Students who have graduated with a STEM degree can request an additional stay back of 24 months on OPT. More than country it is b school brand that is relevant. 

In terms of exposure and job market UK and US MBA are equally placed but UK MBA has more acceptability in European countries.
