No, for getting Galgotias College of Engineering, your rank must be less than 20k in UPSEE but your rank is quite high. So, you must try in any other college for admission in engineering.

Yes, JSS Academy of technical education is one of the top private colleges under UPTU. Placement is good as it is around 3 LPA. Crowd is mixed type. Overall, it's a good place to do B.Tech.

Yes, you can apply for JAC, Chandigarh counselling. UIRT Punjab University is far better than Many NITs. Reputation of Punjab University is also very good in Asia.

However, he might get admission in preparatory courses offered by IITs.

IIT-JEE preparation is, to some extent, irrelevant of the classes you attend. It requires immense practice and clarity in all the concepts that are asked in the exam.
