Admissions to engineering colleges is mostly through some or the other entrance exam. If you have not given any then you have to wait for cycle of next year to begin. Till then, you can do revise syllabus of entrance exam.

Both of them are privately run institutions by news organisations. You should go through the websites of both the colleges in order to make the right decision.
Though, if you ask me I would say ISOMES is better then AAFT as it is run by a big group of news organisations which will further help you in placements process.

I think for you private college is the best but the fees still not lie in your range so apply for the scholarship if cant pay the fees ans still it is difficult than apply the TFW I.e tution Fee Wiveer which will be helpful for you.
