That is a smart way to ask a question. You only have a choice of applying to any company that comes in the campus depending on the criteria set by the company. As a IT professional with 3 years experience you have high probability of of getting 15+ lakhs during IMT Ghaziabad campus placement provided you do well in PGDM.But you may struggle to meet minimum marks eligibility criteria of most of Tier I companies as you do not have 60% and above marks in graduation degree.
