NLU-Uttarakhand may start in September 2018, but it is not confirmed yet, Government of Uttarakhand wants to start NLU this year, but so far I can't see any developments except for announcements.

Indeed. The ICFAI University is good for pursuing law as The ICFAI University has good faculties and course curriculum. It provides internship to each and every student. Placement is also good.
