The minimum rank required for Integrated M.Tech in any branch at VIT Vellore campus is not fixed and varies every year based on the number of applicants and their scores. However, according to a few sources, a rank of around 3471 or 6722 may be required to get an Integrated M.Tech seat in VIT Vellore campus under category 1 in software engineering. The combined marks in all of the topics taken in a +2 (or its equivalent) should be 55 percent in PCM.

Not a good idea. If you are getting NITs/IITs/IIITs then leaving VIT can be a wise idea. VIT is most reputed NAAC A+ accredited University having 9 NIRF ranking. The placements opportunities in VIT are the best. So, rethink before taking any decision.

Hello Satish, firstly I want to congratulate you for scoring such handsomely in your CBSE 12th standard examination and also getting a very good rank of 68000 and their abouts in JEE Mains examination.
