In India, to pursue a Bachelor's in Veterinary Science (B.V.Sc. & A.H.), the usual requirement is completing 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Most institutions don't offer direct admission for Diploma holders into the degree program. However, it's always a good idea to contact veterinary colleges directly to inquire about any special provisions or bridge courses for Diploma holders.

Best of luck with your future studies!

Application for Veterinary Science courses in India usually starts by April-May each year. But the dates of application may differ according to different universities or even states. Check official sites for updates if you are applying to state-specific veterinary colleges. Counseling and seat allocation will take place once the entrance exam results arrive. Do refer to the admission brochure of the institutions you are interested in for all in

Veterinary science

Veterinary schools typically require specific entrance exams or standardized test scores for admission. Some common standardized tests and scores that are accepted for Veterina

The rank of the candidate stands at 18,925 in Andhra Pradesh EAPCET making it quite awkward to get a seat through government colleges in Andhra Pradesh as the cutoffs are often below 15,000. But you have other chances like private Veterinary colleges, Management quota seats, or if you wished you attempted the test again with better results. Besides, you may consider other states where the cutoff for veterinary entrance is comparatively lower.

Hence, considering that of the 32000 rank in KCET secure through SC category, one's chances of securing a government college for Veterinary Science are unclear. In the KCET counseling of Veterinary Science done in the year 2022 the marks of government colleges for general category comes to around 10000-15000 and for SC 20000-25000. Since you are in a rank higher than the SC category cut off, you aren't qualified to get enroll to the top government college. But you could be considered for admission into the other state colleges or the less privileged federal institutions with lesser seat allocations. In total, Veterinary Science has abo
