Lala Lajpat Rai University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, also known as LUVAS, is a public university located in Hisar, Haryana. LUVAS was established in 2010 in pursuance of the Haryana Act No.7 of 2010. LUVAS Hisar Scholarships 2025
LUVAS offers 2 types of scholarships to students to aid them financially and reward the meritorious students. The following scholarships are available at LUVAS Hisar:
- The scholarships shall be awarded to the B.V.Sc. and A.H. students admitted against Haryana Resident seats only, and their merit will be determined on the basis of the merit of the Entrance Test (ET-2019).
The University awards a merit scholarship of INR 1600 per month to a student as prescribed for Haryana residents only. This scholarship is, however, offered to only 25% of those students who have been admitted against the Haryana Resident seats. The amount of scholarship will be INR 2400 per month if the recipient is a girl student. - The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) awards National Talent Scholarship of INR 1000 per month on merit for UG students only, based on the Entrance Test conducted by ICAR.
