Dear Rajesh , i m little confused with your query, hope you are willing to know , after your 2nd PUC which one is to join , Animation or VFX , if this is what you want to ask ! my suggestion would be , join a long term 3D animation & vfx course of 18 month to 36 month of duration , which sould cover all the 3 domains , pre production , production and post production , in that case it will cover all , starting from 2D sketching up to 2D & 3D vfx.
Thanks.

You must go for a long term 3d animation course , which should cover pre production, production and production all these 3 domains , normally such courses should be of 18 months to 3 years , which is basically 3 to 6 semester . and cost you between 2 L to 3.5 L + depending on the location and institution , but normally EMI facilities will be available , winch will slightly reduce the burden .
