If you take up course from NID, IIT-IDC, Satyajeet Ray Institute, Tata Institute- School of Vocational Education (TISS-SVE) or any other Government supported/owned Vocational course then you could surely get Educational loan from any Nationalised Bank. All other autonomous Skill based courses are Certificate based & only HDFC, Axis etc provide loan on them, which is more like a Personal Loan.

There are many courses related to VFX which are offered by different colleges like MAAC offers ADVFX Plus - Advanced Program in VFX, VFX Plus - Professional Program in VFX, S3D - Job-Ready Program in Stereoscopic 3D.
I would suggest you to visit the college or institute to have a better understanding and accordingly decide which one you should go for.

For the education loan, I would suggest you to contact the institute officials as almost every institute have a tie-up with banks for study loans. Also, now-a-days every bank offers study loan so you may contact them as well for detailed help regarding your loan query.
