It is really tough to directly comment on any institute. Whether it is best or not or answer which is the best institute in a city or country, especially in India for domains like web designing, animation and VFX/editing/post production or gaming, etc. where many institutes offer many types of courses for different duration for almost all the same pipeline.
We need to see the content of the course, duration, cost, infrastructure, passed students outputs and skill developed, in time course completion record, certification process, delivery of a certificate in time, etc.
Also, the same brand has different centres and branches and unfortunately all does not perform the same. Some centres are doing great some not, it vary place to place and centre to centre.
So it's always good to visit the institute personally, speak to them, see the track record and then decide if it's up to the mark as per your requirement.

In short, making objects and things into motion. It includes 2D animation, 3D animation and VFX (Visual Effects).
3. Graphic design: Graphic design is the foundation of every kind of design. It includes print design, graphic, web, etc. A graphic designer can be a web designer, a graphic designer can become an UX designer or print designer as well. It includes movie character, icons, cartoons, textures, backgrounds, logos, business cards, flyers, brochures and many more.
4. Web design: This includes designing websites.
5. VFX (Visual effects): Visual effects (Abbreviated VFX) are the processes by which imagery things are created and/or manipulated outside the context of a live action shot. In VFX, we animate live things or you can say live characters. We put live things to motion.
6. Gaming: It belongs to game development industry. It includes motion gaming. Every type of game design comes in this category. It includes game programming as well as design or development in simple words.
