Through MAT you will be able to make into tier -II and below colleges but not tier-I colleges.As you got 1.5 years of experience and if you are good in your previous academics then I'll suggest you to write CAT or XAT and try to join tier-I colleges such as IIM's,XLRI,MDI,IMI etc. Also you can consider NIBM,Pune along with these colleges. NIBM is a product of Reserve Bank of India especially made for Finance stream.It will improve your job

I can't give you a very researched opinion on this because my knowledge on B. Arch degrees is pretty limited. However, if i were you, i would prefer NIT simply because you would have an edge because of the institute reputation and an academically better peer group.
