The faculty at Janatha Education Trust'S Vivekananda institute of technology (VKIT) is pretty good.

Mostly reviews taken from students said that teachers are very supportive and well qualified and capable of making curriculum industry ready.

The teachers are supportive and the quality of teachng is good.

Some teachers hold a Degree of Ph.D.

B.E./B.Tech is the primary academic programme at VKIT. VKIT also has strong established and emerging engineering fields, placement training, industry connections, and practical learning, and it makes the best of all possible worlds for students. Students have rated the college 3.9 out of 5 for its BTech course.

The total tuition fee for a four-year BTech course at the Janatha Education Trust'S Vivekananda Institute of Technology (VKIT) is around INR 7.4 lakhs. Yes, VKIT is quite recognised within Bangalore's engineering community. It was established in 1997, and it is approved by AICTE and has affiliation with VTU. It had an IIRF 2024 rank of 135 for B.Tech and a Bangalore rank of 18. It has good placements, adequate infrastructure, and a good academic ranking, which are the reasons why VKIT has gained a reputation for being reliable among aspirants who are serious about engineering.

KIT usually declares semester exam results about 3 to 5 weeks after the exams are over. For supplementary exams, it's a bit quicker—around 2 to 4 weeks.

VKIT might not have widely famous alumni, but its grads have done pretty well. Some have landed top roles in companies like IBM, while others work as engineers in government departments like KPTCL and Karnataka's public sector. A few have also gone into academia as professors.

Faculty at Janatha Education Trust'S Vivekananda Institute of Technology (VKIT) are decent in academics. Some are really good in various departments, like CSE, ECE, etc. while some are just decent. Many faculty members have masters in their field. Most of them hold doctrate degree as their the highest qualification.

Here is the way to apply for B.E. / B.Tech at Janatha Education Trust'S Vivekananda Institute of Technology (VKIT):

1)You should have minimum 45% (40% marks for reserved categories) marks in 12th with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects. You can have chemistry/CS/IT as third Subject.

2)You should have a valid score in KEA CET  (State Entrance) or COMED-K UGET  (all-India private engineering entrance exam).

3)Participate in  Counselling process to get into this college.

4)After documents verification, you will get into the college.
