Q:   What if I lose my WB Madhyamik admit card?
A: 

WBBSE hall ticket 2026 is expected to be released in the last week of January 2026 on Board's website. Students need to collect the WBBSE admit card 2026 from their schools respectively. and carry it with them on all exam days. 

In case any student loses or misplaces the WB Madhyamik admit card 2026, they need to contact their school officials to obtain a new copy. The WBBSE hall ticket 2026 is an important document and students must keep it secured with them.

Q:   What happens if you take leave in WB Madhyamik board exam?

In case you are unable to attend a WB madhyamik board exam, you will be awarded zero marks in the subject. Eventually, you will be asked to appear for the compartment exam. Thus, it is better to focus and study hard and not skip or leave your exam and pass with flying colours.

Holidays are meant to have fun and relax. However, the students who is preparing for the board exam can use the holidays to boost their exam preparation. Board exam candidates can work on work on their weak areas during the holidays. They are suggested to prepare and follow a short time goal while keeping time to relax and have fun.

Yes, going to washroom during the class 10 board exams in India is allowed. When appearing for the any class 10 board exams, you must feel relaxed, confident and comfortable. So yes, students are allowed to use washroom even during the class 10 board exams. However, an invigilator can take you to the washroom because many students often use washroom for using unfair means and cheat in board exam.

Students must note that the invigilator can frisk them anytime during the exam duration if they found using unfair means for cheating inside the washroom. So, it is recommended to use washroom only when needed.

Q:   What are the passing marks for WBBSE Madhyamik exams?
A: 

The minimum mark required to qualify for the WB 10th exam 2026 is 34 per cent. Students who appear for the examination should get above 34 per cent in aggregate to qualify for the Board examination.

Those unable to qualify the exams will get a chance to sit for the WBBSE compartmental exams 2026. These WBBSE compartment exams will be jeld in June/July 2026.
