Yes, you are eligible for management quota direct admission to this college.
However, based on the score received in the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations, admission is made through counselling (WBJEE).
If you want to study electronics, computer science, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, instrumentation, etc., you need a very good grade; your rank should be between 600 and 700 in order to be admitted to JU. However, a score between 1200 and 1500 will enough if you wish to work in the IT, power, printing, or construction industries, among others.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Yes, students from other states are very much eligible to give WBJEE and get admission in Jadavpur University. The admission is solely done in online mode. Only the candidates who had Maths Physics and Chemistry in their 10+2 level as their main subjects are eligible to apply for this course. The aspirants must have a WBJEE score above the cutoff score. Is Singhania University is approved? It is a UGC recognised university as per Sec. 2f of the UGC ACT 1956. Singhania University is situated at Pacheri Bari, Distt. Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan) on the Delhi-Narnaul Singhana - Pilani Road. Since, it is a recognised University the Certificate issued by the university will be valid in the other states also. Thank you. Dear Tarun, Your sc caste Certificate is not valid outside of your state because some caste reservations are made by state governments but are not included in the list maintained by the central government. If you want to enrol in a programme outside of your state, for example outside of West Bengal, you must apply for a central government caste Certificate which is recognised throughout India. I hope you get a response.

Cutoff index score varies every year. No one can tell you what will be the cutoff this year but students have to secure the minimum St. Xavier cutoff in order to gain admission in the institution.
