Instead of government, I believe that you must try with privately or jointly run medical colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite high fees, starting from 4 lakhs p.a (Tuition Fees) in a common scenario. I can't see if you will get in government. In general or OBC category. For others, you may check still with them.

If you are of general or OBC category, instead of government, I believe that you must try with Privately or Jointly run Medical Colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite high fees, starting from 4 lakhs pa (Tuition Fees) in a common scenario.

With your category rank you might get a chance in Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College (in IT).
Well, I think you must try for other government colleges as the seats are too less. You may try Purulia Government Engineering College, Coochbehar Government Engineering College, etc.

To register for admission, the candidate first downloads the Application Form from the link below. (www.ige-india.com). Candidates are eligible, if they are passed in every subject of 10+2 (I. e. HS or equivalent ISC, CBSE etc. ). From Science Stream only and having Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Biology (or related Biological Science subject) subjects. Candidates who are awaiting for their 10+2 result may also apply. Thanks.

Hello Shreya,
You can apply for it with your board exam scores itself and there is no entrance exam. You need to apply under the other state student's portal unless you are not a Tamil Nadu or Tamil Nadu Native student. For more details, you may refer www.tnea.ac.in.
