IILM follows a credit-based academic system where each subject carries a certain number of credits based on teaching hours and workload.

Core subjects usually carry more credits, while skill-based or elective courses may carry fewer.

Students must complete a fixed number of credits per semester and across the entire programme to graduate. This system also supports flexibility under NEP, allowing structured progression and academic tracking.

Candidates applying for MBA for Working Professional do need to have more than three-years of work experience. Aspirants can apply without experience for MBA powered by Gen Ai programme offered by the college. Candidates also need to meet the qualification and aggregate requirements to apply for MBA.

No, candidates do not need to have prior work experience to be eligible for PGDM admissions at IMT Ghaziabad. However, candidates who can show prior work experience will be given preference by IMT Ghaziabad over other candidates during PGDM admissions.
