No, candidates are not required to have any work experience prior to MBA admissions at IEM Kolkata.
Thus, candidates can apply directly for MBA courses at IEM Kolkata after they clear their UG level graduation. A valid score in any one of the accepted entrance exams will be required to apply for this course.
