She should take up B.Sc Zoology and then M.Sc Zoology - she can this way go for teaching in colleges.
The minimum level of education required for college professors is a Master's degree, which can qualify an individual for work as a professor at a community college. A doctoral degree is typically required to work as a full-time, tenure-track university professor. For this she can further go for PhD.

No, you can not pursue M.Sc nursing after completing B.Sc zoology (Hons.). Please refer to the eligibility criteria below:
The eligibility required for M.Sc nursing:-
1) The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered midwife or equivalent with any Stat Nursing Registration Council.
2) The minimum education requirements shall be the passing of B.Sc nursing
/ B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
