There is no course which can 'surely' lead to a job. You must be skilled enough and qualified, most importantly you must know what is right for you so know your interests and plan a career path for yourself. Apply to a reputed university having global connections so that your degree is recognised globally and you can be accepted anywhere.

If final year subject is Microbiology, you can do M.Sc in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life science, Biotech, etc.
If Zoology, then you can do masters in Life sciences, Zoology, Marine sciences, etc.
