A one-year dropout student may therefore apply for the desired course; nevertheless, they must be eligible for that entrance. The applicant should also fulfil the minimal eligibility requirements particular to the course. Furthermore, an application explaining their cause for dropping out may be required of the student. Even this is not always necessary.

While selection process, students are not judged basis their religion, they are judged based on their merit. Hence, any student meeting the eligibility criteria can get admission in BHU. BHU does not descriminate people on any basis.

While both BHU and JNU are prestigious institutes of India, and have guaranteed impeccable placement records in past, but in terms of MBA, BHU is regarded as the best choice over JNU. The highest package at the former for MBA is INR 38 Lacs per annum while for the latter it is INR 30 Lacs per annum.
