BHU MCA placement data 2026 is not released. However, as per NIRF report 2026, median package received during PG 2-year placements 2025 was 9 LPA. In addition, 1372 PG 2-year students were placed in 2025.

BHU Commerce department placement report 2026 is not released. Nevertheless, during overall PG 2-year placements 2025, 1372 students were placed and 2983 students were selected for higher studies out of total 4472 graduating students in 2025.

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) is ranked no. 5 under the 'University' category by the NIRF 2024 Rankings. It provides placement support to students. No, CAT is not necessary for MBA at BHU. The university offers a two-year full-time MBA course at the postgraduate level. Candidates seeking admission must visit the official website of the University (bhu.ac.in) to apply online. BHU MBA admission is based on candidates' performance in the CAT entrance test. The final selection is based on the student's performance in the GD & PI rounds. However, for admission to the MBA special courses of study, candidates can get admission with a valid CUET-PG score. Apart from this, the course aspirants must fulfil the course-specific eligibility requirements as well.

BHU placements are good. The highest and average packages secured by MBA students in 2025 were INR 19.8 LPA and INR 10.1 LPA, respectively. Median salary stood at INR 9.2 LPA. The university has not yet released the placement data 2026 for other courses. During the placement drive 2025, a total of 177 placement drives were held, and more than 950 students were placed.

Overall BHU highest package for batch 2026 is yet to be released. MBA & MBA IB batch 2026 secured the highest package of INR 19.8 LPA. For MBA Agri-Business top salary was INR 16 LPA.

As per BHU NIRF report 2023, the median package offered to UG (5-Year) course was INR 15 LPA. Moreover, as per media reports, the overall the highest and average package offered during 2023 placements stood at INR 1.2 crore per annum and INR 23.13 LPA, respectively.
