The total tuition fee for the M.Tech programme at IIT BHU ranges between INR 40,000 - INR 4 lakh. The the highest, average and mean package offered was INR 40.18 LPA, INR 21.89 LPA and INR 24.11 LPA during IIT BHU placements 2022, respectively. Considering the total tuition fee and thje package secured this seems to be a good return on the investment. This is thye overall package and not specific to M.Tech programme.

Part-time M.Tech courses admission comes in form of selection after a written exam which is funded by the institution followed by an interview.
