B.Sc. (Genl. )/B.Sc. (Pass) (3 Years course after 10+2) with 60% or above marks in aggregate and 60% or above marks in Chemistry from Delhi University or any other University whose Examination is recognised as equivalent to Delhi University and fulfil other conditions of eligibility
M.Sc chemistry from BHU:
Graduation
Mandatory Course : B.Sc. Candidate must have completed B.Sc. (Hons. )/ B.Sc. with the required percentage in Science subjects and the subject in which admission is sought must be Hons. subject at B.Sc. (Hons. ) level/a subject studied in all the three years at graduation level. Final year appearing candidate may also apply on provisional basis. Admission Process
Admission is through counseling based on the rank obtained in Banaras Hindu University Postgraduate Entrance Test (BHU-PET) conducted by the university.

BHU is not providing distance education and don't have the policy about this. You have to attend your classes as a regular student. On the ground of your job and locality, BHU administration may not allow.
