For admission in MA geography at BHU, you need to have BA or BA (Hons) degree.

Yes, you can apply for it. But you need to have a look on what is the procedure for admission. You are eligible but in BHU its difficult to get admission as its a reputed college with a lot of students applying in it. All the best.
