I dont think so, if you are a journalism student and done your graduation in Mass Communication. Because as per my knowledge, BHU can offer you masters in Public Administration or political science, if you are graduate from the same subject. S

You will be getting admission in DAV PG college, as English as honors subject and Hindi as core subjects and Sanskrit as compulsory language.

For getting admission in BHU, you must qualify the entrance exam and should have got the minimum percentage, which is 50%, after that there is no further role of percentage.

The criteria for applying for BHU is that the applicant must have passed or 3rd year appearing from any UGC recognized university. And, IGNOU full fill the criteria, so you can definitely apply for the entrance.
