The medium of instruction is generally Hindi and rest based on linguistic as per your choice of course or subject.

I think NIT electrical will give you more exposure. NIT-Trichy always hit its 100% record in all most all UG courses. IIT-BHU has its brand name just like other IITs. It's completely up to you to decide now.

BHU entrance exam is the only way to get admission in BHU law program (5 years integrated programme), you can apply in private colleges, few colleges offer admission on the basis of HSC marks.
