If you belong to the general category then based on last year's statistics, a CRL rank number between 2015-7000 would be ideal for B.Arch program at BIT-Mesra.

At this rank, you can't get BIT Mesra, but you can try in other campus like Patna campus in that you can easily get admission at this rank.

No, you can't get admission. You have to clear both the exam, and if you are not qualified in one, then you can't be able to take admission in this college.
