Obviously BIT Mesra. Unlike CV Raman, BIT Mesra is nationally recognized and its placements are also better.

From the previous year data, you can get the branches of B.Tech such as Biotechnology, Production, Chemical or Chemical (Plastic & Polymer) in the counseling rounds. You can take admission in the best branch possible for you now and then hope

At 90,000, it is very much difficult to get BIT-Mesra because the closing rank for any straeam in BIT-Mesra is about 40,000, but if you belong to the reserved category then you may have a chance to get a seat in BIT-Mesra.

I would say that the college doesn't provide many opportunities and personality development. From my point of view, one should consider BIT-Mesra as the last option.

BIT, Mesra doesn't take admission via BITSAT. BITS Pilani and BIT Mesra are different.
