Hello, you are apparently talking about the marks scored in NEET PG. On the net, some programs are available which will convert marks into ranking though how far correct they are is in the realm of imagination. The toughest to get admission is of course MD in pulmonary medicine and in this branch the closing ranks are about 2000 in previous two years while in the current year in the first round the admission closed at the ranking of 2485 but the second round of admissions is just commenting and it will definitely be diluted than this figure. But remember as this institute is famous for pulmonary diseases the closing ranks for this particular discipline are quite tough, while they are quite low (actually rank higher means low number and rank low means higher number!) for other branches of medicine. Best wishes to you.

On average, the hostel fees would be INR 20,000 to INR 30,000 for a semester with charges of room rent, electricity, and maintenance included. Meals and other services would be extra. Hello, Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute is very well known throughout India and specially in Northern India as an institution to go for studying in specialisations concerning chest medicine. It is in fact perhaps the top most institute for postgraduate studies in chest and respiratory diseases. As a result of this the closing ranks of NEET PG, in pulmonary medicine is 2485 in the first round. For other branches of post graduate studies the closing rank in first round was as low as 37225. The second round of counselling in the current year is yet to begin and perhaps the closing ranks may get further diluted in those rounds. But all said and done it is not easy to get admission in this institute which is affiliated to Delhi University unless the student has scored well in NEET PG. Best wishes to you.
