{Source: B.A. students & alumni}Course Curriculum for B.A. at Pannalal Girdharlal Dayanand Anglo-Vedic College* Relevant subjects: The course curriculum is structured to offer a variety of subjects, making students "all-rounder" and developing them individually in every aspect.* Diverse subjects: The course allows students to study multiple subjects, enabling them to explore different fields and interests.* Academic inputs: The college provides academic inputs, including regular assignments, attendance, and internal assessments, to help students plan their future and stay prepared for competitive exams.* Preparation for competitive exams: The course curriculum is designed to prepare students for competitive exams like UPSC and civil services.* Industry-readiness: Although the course does not explicitly claim to make students industry-ready, some students mentioned that the college's efforts to develop skills and personality can benefit students in their future careers.* Theory-based: The course is largely theory-based, with a focus on philosophical and current topics, making it suitable for students interested in theoretical subjects.* Syllabus completion: Teachers ensure that the syllabus is completed on time, and students reported that the semester exams are relatively manageable.Note: While the course curriculum seems to prioritize theoretical subjects and competitive exam preparation, it lacks explicit claims of industry-readiness and practical training. Students should consider these factors when choosing the course.
