I don't think there is much difference between the two, if you want du stamp on your degree then you must go for NCWEB, but then again there is not much difference when it comes to weekend learning mode, there is not much to look out for.

No, there is no entrance for admission to BA in Psychology. The fee structure is around INR 7200. You can take admission. Your class 12th marks would be considered.
