6 years ago I have taken admission in IGNOU in MEC in 2018. I was supposed to give exams of 1st year in june 2019 but could not give and cant even give.

You can give your exam in June 2020. All you have to do is repay the examination fees for 1st year subjects. In June 2020, you will give your 1st year and 2nd year exams together.
