Ofcourse you can go for radio jockey course there is subjects barrier in RJ course all you need a best contant with best voice with proper pronunciation with best command on you word.

There is no regular classes in IGNOU and mostly classes held on Saturday and Sunday. But, if you can't attend those classes, because of your job then you can give them your job letter.
