Eligibility for IGNOU maths:
Graduate with a major, or Honours in mathematics with atleast 50% marks in aggregate. If the seats at a center remain vacant then: Graduate with a BA/B.Sc degree with mathematics as one of the three main subjects with equal weightage, having atleast 50% in aggregate and 55% in aggregate in the mathematics courses will be considered for admission.
Therefore, you cannot apply for M.Sc maths with B.Sc microbiology.

The eligibility criteria to apply for IGNOU B.Ed admission is mentioned below:
At least 50% percent marks either in the Bachelors degree and/or in the Masters degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Bachelors in engineering or technology with specialization in science and mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto,
And
Trained in-service teachers in elementary education.
OR
Candidates who have completed a NCTE recognized teacher education programme in direct mode.
You can do B.Ed after completing MA also. It depends on your choice.

Hi, Eligibility: A Bachelors or higher degree from a recognised university, and Two years full-time regular teaching experience on temporary/permanent basis as Primary/Graduate/Post-Graduate Teachers in Primary, Secondary/Higher/Senior secondary school recognised by the central or a state government or a union territory are eligible to take admission. B.Ed. programme is offered in January session only and admission is offered through entrance test. A Diploma, in some cases, is accepted to do a degree but in this case, I do not expect that without the Graduation thing, you can fulfil that criteria to do a B.Ed. ODL from IGNOU. If you have done a Bachelors Degree then you can apply for the admission process.
