Both the institutes provide a degree in hotel management, the only difference is IGNOU is an open school and NCHMCT is a regular one.

IGNOU is good for BA in History. It is a good and authenticate degree from IGNOU than getting a degree of distance education from other institutions.

There are some standards while arranging the exam. Therefore, it has its fixed exam centers. If Jammu Kashmir is there in the list then you will get J&K center for IGNOU for M.Sc in mathematics.
