IGNOU is better since it is very old and prestigious.
6 years ago I have done MBA with 60% and B.A. With 43% marks, belongs to OBC category. Am I eligible for B. lib. Sc from IGNOU University.

If you have done BDS, then why you are going for such courses you can easily go for some healthcare management courses for a brighter career ahead. For more choices you can go for Masters Courses.
