Yes, you can pursue two degrees at the same time if the degree modes are different. Hence, in your case, you can go ahead with both the degrees.

Hi Himanshu,
You can switch to NSOU, but you will have to start from the beginning, i.e., 1st year. You cannot continue from 2nd year.
