Yes, you can go for B.Ed as IGNOU offers no age limit courses. Admission is done on basis of the entrance exam. So, go for it.

It is a valid degree, and you can get a job too, but full time MBA candidate will be preferred in jobs. You have to prove your abilities and convince authorities in job to select you. Good management schools have brilliant placement cell.

There is no need to have experience in the teaching field for B.Ed. As B.Ed is a course about teaching training itself. Candidates having Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Science/Social Sciences/Humanity/Commerce with a minimum of 50% marks will be eligible. You need to give an entrance exam for this. The exam forms for 2019 are out, check the website and fill the form.
