Yes you can change from IGNOU to Amity and if you want to do BCA the good option will be Amity.

IGNOU has a better ranking. It is much more recognized and reputed. NIRF has also voted IGNOU. So, you should pursue it from IGNOU.

Yes, you can complete the course. IGNOU course is an open course, and can be done from home. So, I think you can join IGNOU for pursuing B.Sc.
