Hi.For applying B.Ed in IGNOU you have to give entrance examination.Admission shall be done on the basis of the score obtained in the entrance test conducted by IGNOU all over India.

Hi, UGC does not permit Universities to allow students to pursue dual degree or Masters at the same time. Even if you do by registering one degree in IGNOU and one in another distant or regular university, it won't be valid as UGC does not end
