Candidates with at least fifty (55) percent marks either in the Bachelors Degree and/or in the Master's degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity, Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programme (and);
The following categories are eligible to be the students of B.E (ODL):
(i) Trained in-service teachers in elementary education (Or);
(ii) Candidates who have completed an NCTE recognized teacher education programme through face-to-face mode.
You have not done graduation so you are not eligible for pursuing B.Ed in IGNOU.

However, a candidate must note that IGNOUs online admission system is activated only for Indian Nationals. Admission to a majority of the courses is granted on the basis of merit.
