Hi,
As per your query, I would suggest you to browse through the official website of UAE immigration to know the exact details regarding VISA and immigration.
However, in order to get job abroad, you need to first of all find out the job opening in the area of your interest, and the best source for this are newspaper and job portals.
Both of these medium provides information about vacant job position and eligibility criteria for a particular job.
If your qualification and work experience matches the eligibility criteria, then you may apply for the job.
If you are selected then the company will issue a offer/appointment letter and sponsorship letter, and on the basis of this you can apply for VISA.
Feel free to raise more queries.
All the Best.

Dear,
As IGNOU is a central university and recognized by UGC, its Bachelor's degree is equivalent to other UGC recognized B.Scc degrees with the same combination. You just need to check whether three years Bachelor's degree is validated by their university or not. I answered this from my common sense without having any first hand information.
Best wishes.

For doing B.Ed minimum 50% is compulsory everywhere, but if you belong to general category then you can apply for B.Ed. You can apply in any university as these universities are equivalent.
