But where eligibility criteria are only regular course are only eligible for apply. At that case one may loose opportunity.

B.Sc program of IGNOU is a well-structured program and it's no way inferior to B.Sc from any other university in India or abroad. Although it has its own merits and demerits. IGNOU teaches you to how to learn the subject just by reading books.
