So, it will be better to go with IGNOU as IGNOU always promote their students in the next semesters even if the students do not pass the exams but later, in order to get the graduation degree they have to clear all the backs. The maximum duration is of 5 years.

The eligibility criteria for admission to MBA programme at IGNOU is as follows as per the AICTE norms
