IGNOU degree has a value at par with any other Indian central of state universities. You can apply for further education in India or abroad and government or private jobs.

My recommendation will be for IMT Ghaziabad for PGDM in respect of students support, interaction with faculty and course module.
There are no placement opportunities in distance mode education.

You can take a distance degree after a year, so that your passing years for both will be different. India has yet not started with the idea of double majors, which is quite common in abroad.
