For admission to 1st Semester of B.A./B.Com. LL.B (Hons.) 5 years Integrated Course, Panjab University conducts an entrance test. The merit list for admission is prepared out of 200 marks, based on cumulative score of the candidate in entrance test and qualifying examination as per the details given below
50% of 200 (100 marks for Entrance Test)
50% of 200 (100 marks for the Qualifying Examination)
Eligibility Criteria
B.A.LL.B (Hons.) 5 years Integrated Course Candidates should have passed 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC/ST) from any recognized Board/University (However, the candidates qualifying 10+2 through Open Universities system directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission in the law courses." Bar Council of India communication No. Le:Cir: 02/2010 dated 20.12.2010).
B.Com. The candidate must not be above 20 years of age as on the last date fixed for submission of application for Entrance Test of B.A. / B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) 5 Years Integrated Course of the year in which admission is sought in the First Semester (22 years in case of SC/ST and other backward communities') Clause 28 of Schedule III of Bar Council of India Rules of Legal Education, 2008.
The admission shall be on the basis of both the academic merit and entrance test.

PUCET 2019 will be conducted in April 30, 2019 for undergraduate courses and will be conducted on June 8 and June 9, 2019 for postgraduate course. Candidates in order to get admissions into the UG or PG courses of their choice will have to secure a minimum cut off/qualifying mark in PU CET 2019. The merit list of Panjab University admission 2019 takes into account qualifying examination and entrance examination marks of the candidates. Shortlisted candidates will have to attend PU CET 2019 counselling round to finalize their admissions in the university.
