6 years ago I have applied for Sastra and went for couselling and paid refund. If I don't go to Sastra can I get my refund back?

Sorry to tell you that you may not be called for the counselling as only 1700 students were called for the second round of stream 1 students.
Please try in some other colleges.

It's not possible for you to get CSE branch. But there are chances to get ECE.
