There are chances for you to get admission as the admission process in 12th - 70% and JEE Mains - 30%. Since you have not appeared for JEE Mains, there are quite less chances for you to get admission in CSE, IT or ECE branches.

There are less chances for you to get CSE, but you can get ECE with that rank.
