Most probably, you have a chance to get a seat at SASTRA University, with your JEE marks, but it is difficult to get the stream you wish. You have to choose only the remaining streams.

CSE is not possible. You might get ECE depending on the number of students opt for the same branch. Mostly it would be quite difficult for you to get with that score.
